The new design for this 'gap-site' takes as the starting point the scale, orientation and rhythm of the neighbouring properties. The design seeks to blend the form & proportion of the traditional stone constructed villas with a more contemporary period of today.

A new dwelling in the grounds of an established garden and Townhouse in central Inverness. Ground floor living accommodation for a retired couple looking to enjoy the privacy of their own garden. The house is orientated around a large south facing deck area overlooking the garden. Runner up with special Commendation in the IAA Design Awards " Best New Building" category, for Central Highlands 2010.

The design of a contemporary beach house on an infill plot in the Coastal Moray Village of Findhorn, with views to the water of Findhorn Bay. Upside-down living accommodation with basement car parking.
